چکیده
El Linfoma de Células Grandes B difuso asociado al virus Epstein Barr no especificado es una entidad frecuente en Sudamérica, que afecta a pacientes todas las edades, pero con mayor frecuencia seniles. diagnóstico través la identificación del dentro célula tumoral mediante prueba EBER. pronóstico desfavorable pesar haber mejorado introducción rituximab. Se cuentan nuevos scores pronósticos para subgrupos riesgo. tratamiento continúa siendo el mismo los casos difuso, negativo. esperan nuevas estrategias terapéuticas novedosas frente esta entidad.
